We are looking for team members who are passionate, dedicated, and attentive to the details of installing high end landscape projects in the Kamloops and surrounding area.

Suitable candidates will assist with irrigation startups, repairs, and blowout needs in a fast-paced and fun environment. 

Wage ranges from $20 - $32/hr depending on experience and qualifications.

Project tasks may include but not limited to: Installation of new irrigation systems, startups, repairs and blowouts of existing irrigation systems.

Job Duties:

• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Handling heavy objects
• Work with your hands
• Standing, walking, bending and crouching
• Retrieve job related materials from specific suppliers (May be required to drive with trailer)
• Operate small equipment and power tools
• Work 8-10 hour shifts

We are currently seeking Truck and Skid Steer Operators for the upcoming snow season.  Our company services properties in Armstrong, Vernon, Kelowna, West Kelowna and Peachland. If you live in the Okanagan and are looking for a flexible job this winter, reach out to our team to get more detail. Wages range from $25/hour to $40/hour based on position and experience. Including our BONUS  program in place for those staff that work the entire winter season with us. This could also lead to full-time year-round work for the right candidates. If you like getting paid well for an early morning workout shovelling snow to keep our cities safe, this is the job for you! • Operation of Commercial Vehicles (Truck & Skid Steer)
• Operation of Non-Commercial Vehicles
• Manual Labour (Snow Shovelling)

• Ability to operate a truck and skid steer.
• Must have a reliable cell phone to run tracking software, the ability to be on call when weather permits, and LOVE the snow.
• Driving a truck and trailer would be an asset.

We are looking for team members who are passionate, dedicated, and attentive to the details of installing high end landscape projects in the Kamloops and surrounding area.

Wages range from $25 - $35/hr based on experience.

• Create a positive and strong work environment for all crew members and personnel on site.
• Supervise and motivate a crew to complete a variety of landscaping/construction tasks. You will lead and organize all crew members to achieve the desired design goal and target on time and efficiently.
• Solve onsite problems with Clients as they come up. Communicate with Project Manager/Designer when necessary.
• Projects may include but not limited to: Planting Trees, Shrubs. Installing Rock/Mulch beds, Sod, Paving stones, Retaining Walls, Water Features and Landscape Lighting… etc.
• Experience using machine equipment. Ex: Skid steer, Mini Excavator, Small power equipment… etc.
• Irrigation experience is an asset. Crews will be required to install or repair basic irrigation systems.
• Provide new employees with on-the-job training and enforcement of regulations related to Health & Safety, equipment operating and proper work standards. 

• 2-3 years of experience as a landscape foreman or supervisor.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Standard First Aid certification is required.
• Hold a Valid Class 5 Drivers License
